Pada hari ini Sabtu tanggal 04 Maret tahun 2006 telah diadakan perjanjian hutang piutang antara :
I. Nama : M. QOMAR ROCHSID
Umur : 31 tahun
Alamat : Mloko RT.04/02, Ds. Jenar, Kec. Jenar, Kab. Sragen.
Selanjutnya disebut sebagai PIHAK PERTAMA.
II. Nama : SUWITO
Umur : 45 tahun
Alamat : Nglorog RT.02/V, Kel. Nglorog, Kec. Sragen, Kab. Sragen.
Selanjutnya disebut sebagai PIHAK KEDUA.
Dengan ini kedua belah pihak telah sepakat dan setuju untuk mengadakan perjanjian hutang piutang dengan jaminan Sertifikat tanah Hak Milik, dengan memenuhi syarat-syarat dan hal-hal sebagai berikut : ……………………………………………………………………...
1.Bahwa PIHAK PERTAMA dengan ini menyatakan setuju untuk meminjamkan uang sebesar Rp. 12.000.000,00. (dua belas juta rupiah) kepada PIHAK KEDUA, dan PIHAK KEDUA juga menyatakan setuju untuk menerima uang pinjaman tersebut dengan menyerahkan Sertifikat tanah Hak Milik atas nama PIHAK KEDUA sebagai jaminannya kepada PIHAK PERTAMA; ------------------------------
2.Bahwa dalam jangka 4 (empat) bulan terhitung setelah perjanjian ini dibuat, PIHAK KEDUA tidak dapat mengembalikan uang pinjaman tersebut kepada PIHAK PERTAMA, maka PIHAK KEDUA menyatakan setuju dan sepakat tanah yang dijadikan agunan tersebut (+ 150 M2) menjadi hak milik PIHAK PERTAMA, dengan jalan hutang piutang tersebut menjadi jual beli dengan harga Rp. 18.000.000,00. (delapan belas juta rupiah), dimana uang sebesar Rp. 12.000.000,00. (dua belas juta rupiah) tersebut menjadi uang pangkal pembelian tanah tersebut; -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.Bahwa kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk tunduk dan patuh kepada seluruh syarat-syarat sebagaimana yang telah tertulis pada perjanjian ini dan merupakan satu kesatuan serta tidak terpisahkan dengan perjanjian ini, berikut perubahan-perubahannya (jika ada); -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Demikian perjanjian ini dibuat atas dasar itikat baik para pihak, dan dibuat diatas kertas bermeterai yang cukup.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT LOAN RECEIVABLES
On this day Saturday, March 4 in 2006 has held the loans receivable from:
I. Name: M. Qomar ROCHSID
Age: 31 years
Address: Mloko RT.04/02, Ds. Red, Kec. Red, Kab. Sragen.
Hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.
II. Name: Suwito
Age: 45 years
Address: Nglorog RT.02 / V, Kel. Nglorog, Kec. Sragen, Kab.Sragen.
Hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

1.Bahwa FIRST PARTY hereby agrees to lend money amounting to Rp. 12,000,000.00. 2.Bahwa within 4 (four) months after the agreement was made, the SECOND PARTY is unable to return the loan money to the FIRST PARTY, the SECOND PARTY hereby agree and agree that the land used as collateral (+ 150 M2) become the property of the FIRST PARTY , by way of loan accounts into buying and selling price of Rp. 18,000,000.00. (Eighteen million dollars), in which money amounting to Rp. 12,000,000.00. (Twelve million dollars) into money purchase land base; ------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------------
3.Bahwa both parties agree to be bound by and abide by all the terms as has been written on this agreement and constitute an integral and inseparable with this agreement, the following amendments (if any); ------- -------------------------------------------------- --------------
So this agreement is made on the basis of goodwill of the parties, and made enough on stamped paper.
