Menanggapi keluhan Pelanggan XL bertajuk "Kecewa dengan XL" yang dimuat di media OkeZone tanggal 23 Mei 2008, kami menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang dialami.

Padatnya jaringan pada waktu tertentu dapat menyebabkan layanan gagal digunakan atau sulit diakses. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut kami masih terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan jasa layanan kami agar dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih baik dimasa mendatang.

Penyesuaian tarif dasar ini tidak merubah tarif promo yang sedang berlaku hingga masa promosinya berakhir. Sedangkan yang dimaksud dengan tarif layanan SMS baru adalah batas tarif maksimum yang akan dikenakan apabila XL mengadakan layanan promo SMS. Misalnya promo tarif Rp.100,00/SMS berlangsung mulai tanggal 19 April hingga 30 Juni 2008.

Perlu kami sampaikan bahwa mulai 1 februari 2008 XL menetapkan layanan pelanggan 817 berbayar dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik dan lebih cepat .
Kami senatiasa beritikad baik untuk memberikan layanan maupun yang terbaik bagi seluruh pengguna jasa telekomunikasi yang kami sediakan. Kritik dan masukan yang Bapak Jaya Adi Sudarsono berikan akan menjadi perhatian dan acuan untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih baik lagi di masa mendatang.

Responding to customer complaints XL titled "Disappointed withXL" published in Legal Media May 23, 2008, we apologize for any inconvenience experienced.

Network congestion at certain times can cause the service failedto use or difficult to access. In connection with this we still continue to strive to improve our services in order to provide better servicein the future.

Adjustment of the base rate does not change the promo fare isvalid until the promotion ends. While the definition of a new SMSservice rate is the limit of the maximum rate that will apply if XLheld a promo SMS service. For example, tariff promo Rp.100,00/SMS lasted from 19 April to 30 June 2008.

I wanted to mention that from 1 February 2008 XL 817 setcustomer service pay in order to improve the quality of servicebetter and faster.
We senatiasa good faith to provide the service and the best for allusers of telecommunications services we provide. Criticism andfeedback that Mr Jaya Adi Sudarsono provide will be a concernand a reference to provide better service again in the future.

COOPERATIVE FAMILY
Cooperatives are formed family originated from a large family pertumuan kajoran, Central Java, who live around Bekasi.Preceded the holding of a family gathering that is done every day once a month on the second week. In the course of social gathering are considered less able to provide benefits for its members, so that over time the members can not attend all meetings at the gathering, to increase the spirit of the presence of a member, then in December 1998 following a joint agreement formed the basis of "Cooperative Family" followed by 14 heads of families with rules that have been agreed at the time of deliberation as follows:
1. Cooperatives in the form of the savings and credit cooperatives.2. Principal savings of Rp. 50.000, and may in cicil for 2 months.3. Compulsory savings of Rp. 20,000, each time meeting or per month.4. Maximum loan amount of savings or savings in less savings.5. Each borrower must repay over 10 installments and subject to a fee of 10%.6. Time results will be distributed once each year.7. Members of the cooperative is only allowed for large families who have family ties.8. Voluntary savings are not at the limit and can pull at any time.
K-2 weeks in January 1999, the official cooperative formed by giving the name of "savings and credit cooperatives MEKAR JAYA" which consisted of 14 people. On that day also can accumulate capital as follows:
a) Deposits Principal USD 700 000
b) Voluntary Deposit USD 150 000
c) Compulsory Deposit USD 280 000
Therefore, the amount raised by Rp 1.13 million. Initial capital is setiep monthly increase until the end of 1999, but no one else the borrower, so that capital is in 1tahun amounted to 6.06 million, with details as follows:
a) Deposits Principal USD 700 000
b) Voluntary Deposits USD 2000000
c) Compulsory Deposits USD 3360000

With limited members who ultimately makes the lack of capital make the rules less adhered to, even a change in order to satisfy enough members and member loan requests. Of the 6 million loan borrowed 6 people, each with 1 million members, so that the velocity of money each month as follows:
a) Voluntary Savings & nb sp; USD 150000-300000
b) Compulsory Savings & nb sp; USD 280 000
c) Installment & nb sp; USD 600 000
d) Services & nb sp; USD 60 000
Total who obtained approximately 1.09 million.
While the number of members of the 14 people who have a loan 6 people, the remaining members of 8 people alternately longer allowed to borrow $ 1 million from voluntary savings. For the time being is not allowed if withdrawn before all members have the loan.

Saya konsumen Telkom MetroInet dari Telkom. Beberapa hari terakhir koneksi internet kantor saya putus-putus (sejak tanggal 31 Januari 2011). Awalnya saya mengadukan masalah ini kepada technical support Telkom. Mereka mengatakan bahwa koneksi kamu tidak bermasalah, kemudian saya cek sendiri. Akhirnya diketahui, bahwa IP address kami digunakan oleh orang lain. Saya telah memberitahukan hal tersebut kepada technical support Telkom. Mereka bilang bahwa masalah itu akan segera ditangani. Tapi hingga saat ini, saya masih mengalami hal yang sama dan penyebab yang sama. Seolah masalah tersebut tidak pernah ditangani sama sekali. Saya sangat kecewa, untuk perusahaan sebesar Telkom, seharusnya memiliki technical support yang lebih berkualitas dan lebih tanggap dalam menangani masalah konsumen. Saya harap, pihak Telkom bisa manangani masalah ini secepatnya, karena perusahaan tempat saya bekerja sangat bergantung pada koneksi internet. Dan dengan adanya masalah ini kami sangat dirugikan dengan adanya masalah ini.

Telkom's Consumer Complaints Service

I MetroInet from Telkom Telkom customers. The last few days my office internet connection broken (since January 31, 2011). At first I complained about this problem to technical support Telkom. They say that your connection is not problematic, then I check myself. Finally, realize that our IP address used by others. I have informed the matter to the technical support of Telkom. They say that the problem will be addressed. But until now, I still experienced the same thing and the same cause. As if the problem was never addressed at all. I am very disappointed, for the company for Telkom, should have a technical support higher quality and more responsive in dealing with consumer issues. I hope, the Telkom could manangani this problem immediately, because the company I worked very dependent on Internet connection. And with these problems we are very disadvantaged by the existence of this problem.

SISA HASIL USAHA KOPERASI

Pendapatan (laba) koperasi dinamakan sisa hasil usaha (SHU). SHU adalah pendapatan koperasi selama satu tahun pembukuan dikurangi biaya-biaya,penyusutan,pajak,dan pengeluaran-pengeluaran lain.

SHU digunakan untuk:

1. Dana cadangan (tambahan modal),misalnya sebanyak 20%.
2. Anggota sesuai dengan jasa usahanya kepada koperasi, misalnya sebanyak 50%.
3. Dana pendidikan perkoperasian ,misalnya sebanyak 15%.
4. Keperluan lain sesuai dengan keputusan rapat anggota,misalnya 15%.


Undang-Undang No. 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian Bab 6 Pasal 23 dan Bab 9, Pasal 45 menyebutkan bahwa rapat anggota menetapkanpembagian SHU.
